During this approximately 1-hour session, you will have the opportunity to groom one of our beautiful horses. During this hands-on reflective session and by using the horses unique and expressive body language our clients receive active life coaching and are able to connect with the horse, become mindful of their emotions, release blocked energy and decompress.
