Service Description
During this 4-hour session your group would have the opportunity to escape into nature and experience the benefits of understanding herd dynamics and applying this to their team and their role within the organization. Your team would be participating in fun and exciting team activities that would boost-up team problem solving and cooperation, improve communication and social skills & enhance responsibility and accountability. Through this wonderful experience the team would get: • Complete overview/safety debriefing • Understand the scientific and analytical reasoning behind hippotherapy and the benefits that it renders • This active hands-on workshop would take your team through games and activities facilitated through the usage of horses (Active obstacle course, Observing and applying herd dynamics, horse painting exploration) • The focus of this workshop is to overcome current challenges, while layering in opportunities to enhance team dynamics
