Service Description
During this 4-hour session your group of leaders would have the opportunity to escape into nature, understand and experience the benefits of living your life more like a horse and develop long lasting successful leadership skills. This active hands-on workshop would take your team of leaders through games and activities that focus on how horses successfully lead the heard. Through this wonderful experience the team of leaders would get: • Complete overview/safety debriefing • Understand the scientific and analytical reasoning behind hippotherapy and the benefits that it renders • Leading through the obstacle course, Observing/understanding herd dynamics and hierarchy, Understanding Emotions and their role in leadership during a round pen session with the horse
