5 Week Package

Service Description

This package includes 2 life coaching calls during the week and a weekly equine facilitated session. Everything Included in the 5 week package: Reflective Round Pen Session During this approximately 2-hour session, you will have the opportunity to participate in a reflective round pen session with one of our horses. This at liberty work life coaching session, is facilitated with the assistance of our 4-legged friend and their very unique and expressive body language. During this reflective session our clients become mindful of their emotions are able to reconnect, release blocked energy and decompress. Reflective Grooming Session During this approximately 1-hour session, you will have the opportunity to groom one of our beautiful horses. During this hands-on reflective session and by using the horses unique and expressive body language our clients receive active life coaching and are able to connect with the horse, become mindful of their emotions, release blocked energy and decompress. Active Round Pen Session During this approximately 2-hour session, you will have the opportunity to participate in an active round pen session with one of our horses. This at liberty work life coaching session, is facilitated with the assistance of our 4-legged friend. This session requires some horse handling experience and it provides the opportunity to do hands on liberty round pen work with your horse. This session is a great opportunity to master your awareness and energy flow and its reflective effect in the horse. Active Obstacle/Opportunity Course During this approximately 2-3hour session, you will have the opportunity to participate in an active obstacle/opportunity course. This Active Coaching session, is a hands-on activity facilitated by leading the horse through the course. This session is a fun and interactive way to set goals and intentions and partner with the horse as your life coaching session goes on. Painting Session During this approximately 1-hour session, you will have the opportunity to FREELY paint one of our beautiful horses. During this hands-on session and by using the horse.
